3. Booking and Cancellation

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Full refund for cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled tour
• 50% refund for cancellations made 24-48 hours before the tour
• No refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour

4. Safety and Conduct

Participants must:

• Follow all safety instructions provided by our staff
• Wear life jackets when required
• Not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Respect wildlife and the environment

5. Liability

While we maintain high safety standards, participants engage in activities at their own risk. Conolly Cruises is not liable for:

• Personal injury or loss of life
• Loss or damage to personal property
• Weather-related cancellations or modifications
